This compact and reliable Phase Locked Oscillator (PLO) module operates at a fixed frequency of 500 MHz and supports an external 10 MHz reference input, offering flexibility in system integration. It delivers a typical output power of +7 dBm and features low phase noise performance of -110 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.

Powered by a single +12V DC supply, this oscillator provides excellent spurious suppression below -70 dBc (typical). It includes SMA connectors for RF output and reference input, and features DC bias and TTL lock detect pins to signal an out-of-lock condition.

The RoHS-compliant, nickel-plated package is designed for surface mount applications and meets MIL-STD-202 standards for vibration and shock. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +70°C, making it suitable for rugged industrial and communication systems.
