This high-reliability Phase Locked Oscillator (PLO) module operates at a fixed frequency of 1,000 MHz and supports a 10 MHz external reference input, offering design flexibility across a range of systems. It delivers a typical output power of +7 dBm and features excellent phase noise performance of -105 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset.

Operating on a +12V single DC supply, the oscillator exhibits outstanding spurious suppression of less than -70 dBc (typical). The compact, nickel-plated coaxial package supports SMA connectors and includes DC bias pins as well as a TTL lock detect pin for real-time out-of-lock status indication.
