This 6,000 MHz phase-locked oscillator is designed to operate with an external 100 MHz reference oscillator, delivering stable and precise frequency output. It provides excellent phase noise performance, rated at -90 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset, making it well-suited for high-performance RF systems.

The device operates on a +5V DC supply, drawing approximately 125 mA. It is housed in a compact 0.9-inch surface-mount (SMT) package that follows an industry-standard footprint. The package’s underside is copper-clad and finished with 2–5 microinches of immersion gold over 150–250 microinches of electroless nickel, offering strong oxidation resistance and reliable solderability.

The reference oscillator delivers an output power of +7 dBm ±3 dB with a typical second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, the oscillator is rated for operation between -30°C and +70°C and complies with MIL-STD-202 specifications for vibration and shock resistance.
