Australia has officially commenced the domestic manufacturing of Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) missiles, marking its position as the first nation outside the United States to produce these weapons. This initiative is a core component of a broader $21 billion investment over the next decade to bolster the country’s Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance enterprise.
