This broadband double balanced mixer supports RF and LO input frequencies from 5 MHz to 1000 MHz, with an IF output range extending from DC to 1000 MHz. It operates with an LO drive level between +4 dBm and +10 dBm, with a nominal level of +7 dBm.

Engineered with a Schottky ring quad diode configuration and optimized balun structures, the design delivers excellent performance. Typical specifications include a 7 dB conversion loss, isolation levels of up to 62 dB between RF to LO and LO to IF, and a high input IP3 of +20 dBm.

The 50-ohm hybrid module is fully self-contained, requiring no external matching or additional components. Housed in a compact and rugged enclosure with SMA female connectors, the mixer is built for durability. It functions reliably in demanding environments, with an operational temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and compliance with MIL-STD-202 environmental standards for humidity, shock, vibration, and altitude.
